What can I do at home to improve my colon and overall health?
The best advice we can give is to eat a plant-based diet mostly made up of vegetables. By eliminating alcohol, grains, dairy, meat and sugar, you will dramatically bring your body into its optimal health.
Eating a high fiber diet that include flax seeds, greens such as kale and spinach, and squash, you will notice incredible results.
What not to do is use psyllium or bentonite clay as these can cause severe blockages in the small intestines.
Get a personalized consultation either in our office or online. We may suggest and give instructions on at home enemas and colonics.
What basic nutritional diet changes do you recommend?
Stay hydrated with high quality water and eat a plant-based diet made up of mostly vegetables like kale, romaine lettuce, celery, and squash. Vegetables along with ground flaxseed, whole pumpkin seeds and/or hemp hearts offer your body the fiber that acts like tiny little scrub brushes that keep your colon cleansed and your immune system functioning well.
